Greenville, South Carolina:
Rising Culinary Hub? | Fall 2013

This video was a project for my Digital Communications class in the Fall of 2013. My topic of choice examined the rise of Greenville's culinary scene and discussed whether Greenville's restaurants can compare to those in bigger cities such as New York, Boston or San Francisco.  I was able to speak with prominent Greenville restaurant figures, such as Jason Fletcher and Carl Sobocinski, for perspective on the matter.

Discussion of the Issues Surrounding Illegal File Sharing Fall 2013

For my Digital Communications group podcast, my group decided to cover the issues surrounding illegal file sharing. I set up an interview with Dr. John Armstrong to answer some questions on the matter. For my part, I discussed the legal implications of peer to peer file sharing. Food in Greenville | Fall 2013

For my digital communications class I also tried to capture the Greenville culinary scene through still photos. My slideshow focused on three main aspects. First, the variety of food in Greenville. Second, the variety of atmospheres where people can eat in Greenville. Finally, the different food festivals, such as Euphoria (shown) that Greenville hosts.
