With my experience on Capitol Hill, I am ready to take the next step in my career. While my goal is to eventually be a lobbyist, I am willing to take the necessary steps to get there. Whether it be a return to the Hill or a move straight into a firm, I know that my leadership and communication skills, as well as my willingness to be bold and step outside the box, will guide me to reaching my goal.

As an intern in the U.S. Senate, I was able to learn skills in communication through dealing with constituents and lobbyists. By sitting in on meetings with lobbyists and by sitting in Congressional hearings, I gained a better understanding of how our government works and how decisions are made.
